I would like to be a writer. I began this site with amorous intentions, and over the course of time, I hope to have evolved as a male in an ever changing society that is today, recognizing the true beauty and elegance of woman. I am also into writing poetry. Come along for the ride.

Real Love

That’s when pain can be felt

Without trying to change,

Only knowing the real nature

Of honesty rings in our heart.

I do remember you and your words,

You were admittedly smitten,

I relished in the beauty of your sweet

Reckoning of a time past.

I smiled imagining you as you were,

Wondering how I might receive

A letter from a mystique whom I had

Just given a risk felt appeal of love.

We do get so confused by real love,

There’s the society definition,

Means only caring about this one soul –

All of our energy hopes and dreams

We must try, always remember beauty,

The essence of knowing a caring soul,

The delight toward seeing positive

Interaction that allows fond reaction

I know your first words were real,

I felt them in my bones as I relished

Each memory as they opened on my page

Gave me tears of joy, of life in truth

I want so much to remind you of those words,

Yet I don’t wish to frighten you any

More than I already have by acknowledging

Your beauty, your grace, your elegance.

We did have a surreal response to our encounter,

I did feel what you felt and you did me,

We shared our delight in knowing together,

Just please know your words touched me.

Perhaps I would choose not to respond in reply,

If then that were the case, my words exist not at all
