We stood together
oblivious to any reason
the adage
stars aligned
created laughter, promise
a realistic passion
– aside –
alone
we
recalled a removal
of a spiritual level
an autonomy
beyond our lives
suddenly reminded
a spiral
when once
we could fashion
a certainty
in an eternity
our lives
this sensuality
within
oneness
reminded our conscience
other lives did
matter,
we remained lovers
in the whistle
of a gale breeze.

This is quite beautifully written… I don’t believe I’ve come across your writing before now. There is uniqueness here in your words along with a wonderful tone of poetic voice. Very nice!
