A place I’d like to be,
a summer night,
soft hands in my own,
a shoulder, our quiet moon.
Would her eyes wander me,
in a sweet silence,
words would not be
so necessary now.
To hold you in my arms,
in the escape of our fantasy,
to know the love I feel has no harm
only the truly lovely moon.
I will seek summer solstice out here tonight,
search upon the stars where you and I might.
