• This Is My Heart

  Pouring out,

  no surprise for we hold

  sweet memory

  of an aching testimony

  to that which we do cherish,

  this moment of desire,

  passion, life beyond measure

  hold truth to the mystique

  of one’s certain attraction,

  beyond that physicality

  so often interferes

  with the practicality

  of no holds barred

  trepidation committing

  heart and soul

  love
