I’m sorry to keep reminding you
how much I love
how much I miss you,
seems it is my environment
sitting by a lake,
feeling the pristine nature of the wood
in wintertime.
I can’t help think about those moments,
standing nearby,
seeing the night sky,
wanting to hold you forever.
I’m sorry to keep reminding you,
the days do still go by
and nothing really changes,
I feel the same,
can’t get you out of my head.
I suppose there will be a day
I wake to a new horizon,
the sunrise was amazing today,
felt out of my control,
all I could do was imagine,
I was reminded of you of course
and how I would with all my heart,
wish I might
share this moment together.
