The letter is written
every month,
a reminder of a time,
a quiet escapade
when fantasy did speak
aloud to all of us that
will listen
on a night when the sky
illuminates the beauty
of such a romantic light.
One where dreams and magic
always play out,
so difficult to look upon
without wonders welcomed.
Our lives
contain so many parallels,
all of us looking the same,
seeing together
a gracious wander
allows us to realize
how simple our lives can be
in the hollow radiance
of tonight’s snow moon.
