When wonders would wise
our hearts could play with a fire
stoked within your grasp
When wonders would wise
our hearts could play with a fire
stoked within your grasp
This moment ahead
shattered memories
a constant review of a know.
A walk occurred at night,
a fire a burning gloss
how to discard, the pain
of an evident loss.
Such is anger and a real
disappointment,
the opportunity to ‘be’
that lover knew sudden insanity.
Oh to find my ‘be’ I will feel
there is this comfortable tragedy
when lives move past a silence
that spoke volumes of real love.
Tonight I begin a morning
whereby with each other
I might speak my truth
my affection, compassion, loss.

Would be that in her heart might mine remain
for in this day we speculate reason
the clouds loom above teasing the season,
response to sweet energy in spring we gain.
When do the cleansing notion of tears
begin their natural descent like sudden taps
the melody which we might play when chaps
we knew with Service would rest quiet fears.
So much in a single story, whence a certain day
brings mind to question the why the beauty
of hearts they feel passion is serendipity
yet gorgeous is the moment we know is this way.
Our lives, apart inside the freedom of an exterior
a blend imagined we visualize wondrous interior.
